Next to the kitchen area is the dining table with seating for four, which can be extended for six (should you have guests for the day).
The ground floor is completed with a comfortable sitting area including a fuel effect electric stove, free sat multi channel colour television and DVD player.

Patio doors lead onto the south facing terrace. This affords magnificent rural views of the Brecon Beacons including Pen y Fan, the highest mountain in southern Britain. Off the terrace is a small room fitted with a tumble drier and a freezer. Teak patio furniture is provided

The first floor bedroom has a double bed, hanging wardrobe and bed-side tables. The furnishings are all matching and provide a light and airy room with gorgeous views through a large window looking south over meadows and fields of the Usk Valley and to the central Beacons and Pen y Fan. The bathroom with bath, toilet, wash basin, shaver point, is also on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom with two single beds, and again a window providing views. (all bed linen is provided). The cottage is heated throughout with electric radiators (all heating costs are included), and also benefits from fitted carpets except in the hall way and kitchen.

The cottage is also equipped with a baby's cot and a stair gate.
Ty Canol is provided with a telephone to take incoming calls for guests.
Smoking is not permitted in Ty Canol.
I am most grateful to Nigel Forster of Creative Photography Wales for the use of his photograph of Hendryd waterfalls.
I am the cottage owner - you deal with me directly, not an agency. I will try to meet you on your arrival, and welcome you and answer any queries. I want you to have a lovely holiday!
