Black Lion Cottage was formerly used as a cider house before being sold in 1898.
As an old cottage it has low ceilings throughout and sloping ceilings in bedroom and shower room.

The cottage is situated on the outskirts of Talgarth which is a small market town which lies at the foothills of the Black Mountains in an ideal area for walking, horse riding, gliding, cycling and many other pursuits.
Leaflets/guides for local attractions are provided.
One of the which is the newly opened working Mill as featured on the BBC's Village SOS
(please check opening times as they vary).
The towns of Hay-on-Wye and Brecon are nearby.
The accommadation consists of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and downstairs an open plan kitchen/lounge area.
A Z-bed is available for a third person to sleep in the lounge area.
Talgarth lies approx mid way between Hay-on-Wye and Talgarth
