Awarded the AA 'Best Guest Acommodation of 2018/19' Visit Rhedyn Guesthouse where we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible with little extras to ensure a memorable visit. Each of our delightful rooms all have en-suite bathrooms; two with large showers, and one with a luxurious, deep bath. All have internet access, flat screen TV, quiet refrigerators, intimate lighting, powerful showers, and a complimentary carafe of sherry, with Welsh cakes for the morning cuppa.
We are doing our bit for the environment. Instead of providing plastic bottles of water in each bedroom which then have to be recycled, we now use our own excellent tap water. Each day we provide large glass bottles freshly filled. Even our new Nespresso machines in each bedroom use compostable coffee pods. We have enjoyed modernising Rhedyn without losing the character of the original 1840s forester's cottage. Share our beautiful countryside by walking the mountains or the rivers edge, or riding the off road biking trails, fishing in the River Wye or why not a slow wander followed by a candle-lit dinner. All here on the doorstep of the Beacons and the Mynydd Epynt, both centuries old and full of surprises.
Rhedyn B&B is set in the middle of a field with uninterrupted views in all directions, except for the sheep. They can be seen wherever you look. Whilst having dinner and breakfast look out on the Mynydd Epynt, an upland area incorporating the Epynt Way, a new trail in this ancient landscape.
We were delighted to learn that we are once again in The Michelin Guide 2018 with a BIB Hotel Award! plus after a visit from the AA Inspector we have been awarded Gold 4 Star Award alongside our Dinner and Breakfast Awards. We are thrilled.
