Glaisfer Uchaf is a small family hill farm of 100 acres. We began selling our lamb directly from the farm 9 years ago, and have gradually expanded to include Aberdeen Angus Beef, Free Range Chickens, Aylsebury Ducks, and Old Spot Pork.

As commoners of the Duke of Beaufort, we use our rights to graze our sheep on the mountain above our farm. The lambs are weaned in early September and are available from October onwards.
All butchery is done on the farm in our cutting room, we can supply anything from a chop to a whole lamb, cut, packed and ready for your freezer.
Our Aberdeen Angus Beef is hung for at least 3 weeks and butchered on the farm to your requirements.
Our chickens are free range. Our sheds house a maximum of 100 birds in each. The varieties we keep are Hubbard and Sasso. These are a slow growing variety, taking upwards of 90 days to mature.
All our poultry is dry plucked and dressed on the farm.
