The Hill is pleased to announce that we will once again be hosting a selection of evenings throughout the year, specifically designed for you to taste and enjoy a variety of wines from all over the world. Menus have been specifically designed by our Head Chef, and wines have been expertly selected to complement the evening menu.
The evenings will be led by Local Wine Consultant, Peter Ayling, who has over 20 years experience in the wine industry. Peter will develop your ability to choose, discuss and recommend wines from all over the world with confidence.
