For other water activities the stunning Llangorse lake in the central Beacons boasts a sailing club, hire of rowing and fishing boats, canoes or kayaks, pedaloes and sailing dinghies as well as the facility to launch your own boat.

Pontsticill Reservoir also has a sailing club and is open to non-members by arrangement offering sailing & windsurfing.
